Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best quality products and customer experience. As a small food company, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds except for damaged, defective, spoiled, missing, or incorrect items.
If your package arrives damaged or has missing items, send us a photo of the packaging and affected items within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
Refunds, where applicable, are issued for unopened products only, excluding shipping costs. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to make things right.
